Scanner reports indicate a traffic collision incident on Highway 101 north of Willits, possibly in the area of Bypass construction. CHP Incidents page is reporting the incident is at 5000 Highway 101, while scanner chatter reports it at mile marker 50, and the CHP lat/long description puts the incident just south of the intersection of Highway 101 and Reynolds Highway. As of about 6:50 pm, there are one-way traffic controls in place, and a medic is on the scene, as are responding fire engines. Scanner traffic seems to indicate another minor collision may have occurred in the area due to the traffic control measures.
