On 10-04-2016 at about 12:07 PM, Mendocino County Sheriff Deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence incident at an apartment in the 10000 block of Main Street in Potter Valley, California.Deputies arrived and contacted an Adult Female, who reported she was assaulted by her cohabitant boyfriend, Robert Bosche. Deputies learned the Adult Female and Bosche had an argument on the evening of 10-03-2016 where Bosche became very agitated and slammed doors scaring her to flee the apartment fearing a physical assault.
The Adult Female returned to the apartment the next morning around 11:30 AM to pack her belongings and leave. While the Adult Female was in the bedroom gathering her personal belongings, Bosche arrived at the apartment unannounced.
Bosche attacked the Adult Female by the grabbing her hair, pushing her, and pulling her down to the floor. Bosche also threatened to kill her during the physical assault. The Adult Female subsequently fled the apartment and went to a nearby business to call for law enforcement.
Deputies learned the Adult Female was also assaulted by Bosche a few weeks earlier wherein Bosche had chased and pushed her to the ground outside their apartment. The Adult Female sustained injuries to her right arm from that domestic violence incident which were still visible.
Deputies later contacted Bosche in Calpella, California and arrested him on the listed charges.
Bosche was found to be on active Mendocino County formal probation at the time of his arrest.
Bosche was booked into the Mendocino County Jail where he was to be held without bail due to the violation of probation charge.
