Thunderstorms with small hail possible tomorrow.


MENDOCINO Co. 3/20/2017 — There is construction in the northbound lane of Redwood Highway, hwy 20/Flower Street in Willits this morning. CHP reports that early this morning, there was a dog running around in the road in the Redwood Valley/Calpella area.

CalTrans has started a hashtag as a way to call for fixing California’s roads.

The U.S. National Weather Service is predicting possible thunderstorms with a chance of small hail tomorrow.

Today, out at sea, there is a small craft advisory in effect, with near-gale conditions and gusts up to 35 knots.

There is a 90% chance of rain in Point Arena, mainly after 11am, with up to three-quarters of an inch tonight. The high is expected to be near 58, dropping to 57 tonight.

Fort Bragg’s chances of rain are 100% after 11am, also with up to three-quarters of an inch in the forecast. The temperature is expected to vary between 59 and 52.

In Ukiah, the chance of a half-inch of rain after 11am is 80%, with a high near 62 and a low around 51.

Willits has a 90% chance of three-quarters of an inch of rain after 11am and into the night. high near 57, dropping to 47 tonight.
