UKIAH, 5/15/2017 — The Mendocino County Board of Supervisors will receive a presentation about the new medical cannabis cultivation program at the meeting on Tuesday, May 16. No documents accompanied the agenda item.
The inclusionary housing ordinance and additional dwelling units will also be discussed before the full board. This is timely in light of the development that has been proposed for Lovers Lane, and the new state law that loosens restrictions on granny units.
In the consent calendar, Brian Hurt, of Grist Creek Aggregates, is serving a $10,000 claim on the Mendocino County Air Quality Management District.
The Fort Bragg office of Family and Children’s Services is likely to receive approval for an $8,150 videoconferencing kit.
