MENDOCINO Co., 4/5/18 — Going somewhere? Here’s the planned roadwork for the upcoming week, there may up to ten minute delays on certain routes so you might want to plan your trips accordingly.
Also, a major rainstorm is predicted through Saturday, with some flooding possible in lowlying areas, so stay aware while on the road. Check out the conditions for your location here.
The roadwork in bold indicates a change in roadwork from last week. Here’s where CalTrans will be working around the county:
Route 1 (55) – Electrical work at Caspar Road will begin Monday, April 9. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 5-minute delays. LC#C1BB
Route 1 (104) – Emergency slide repairs near Mill Bank Resort will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 24 hours a day. Motorist should anticipate 5-minute delays. LC#T1VA
Route 20 (32.8) – Guardrail work at the Broaddus Creek Bridge will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays. LC#C20CB
Route 20 (33.3) – Guardrail work at the North Capella Overcrossing will begin Monday, April 9. One-way traffic control will be in effect 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays. LC#C20CB
Route 101 (2.5/5.9) – Guardrail work at Geysers Road to Pieta Creek Bridge will end Friday, April 6. Lane restrictions will be in effect in both directions from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns. LC#C101DE
Route 101 (3.1/5.94) – Slide repairs from Comminsky Station Road to the Pieta Creek Bridge will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect. Motorists should anticipate 5-minute delays. LC#C101AE
Route 101 (21.6) – Guardrail work at the Route 253 intersection will continue. Lane restrictions will be in effect in both directions from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10- minute delays. LC#C101DE
Route 101 (23.4) – Pavement work at the Southbound Route 222 offramp will continue. The ramp will be fully closed 24 hours a day. Motorists should find an alternate route. LC#C101QE
Route 101 (33/38.5) – Emergency wildfire repairs at Ridgewood Ranch Road will continue. Lane restrictions will be in effect from 24 hours a day. Motorist should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns. LC#T101EA
Route 101 (33.9/41.2) – Drainage work north of Uva Drive will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Motorists should anticipate 15-minute delays. LC#C101KE
Route 101 (34.5/39.4) – Guardrail work north of Reeves Canyon Road will continue. Lane restrictions will be in effect in both directions from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns. LC#C101DE
Route 101 (43.9/44.9) – Guardrail work near the Haehl Creek Bridge will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays. LC#C101DE
Route 101 (95.2/101.9) – Guardrail work north of Bell Glen Resort will continue. One-way traffic control will be in effect from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. weekdays. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays. LC#C101DE, C101KD
Route 101 (103.8/105.3) – Emergency work north of Piercy will continue. Lane restrictions will be in effect. Motorists should anticipate minor traffic slowdowns. LC#C101AD
Route 162 (16.5) – Wall work at The Middle Way will continue. One-way traffic control with a temporary stop signs will be in effect 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.Motorists should anticipate 5-minute delays. LC#C162OA
Route 175 (5.6/8.7) – Emergency storm damage repairs at various locations from 1.7 miles east of Buckman Drive to the Lake/Mendocino County line will continue. One-way traffic control with a temporary traffic signal will be in effect 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Motorists should anticipate 10-minute delays. LC#C175HA
