UPDATE 3:35 p.m. — Resources, including a Cal Fire helicopter, are now being released from this incident and returning to base, a good sign that indicates the fire is increasingly being brought under control. And firefighters are predicting about an hour to an hour and a half for mop up.

WILLITS, 11/1/18 — Firefighters from Cal Fire, Little Lake Fire and Laytonville Fire have responded to a structure fire burning on a dirt road off of Hwy. 162. The location appears to be within about a mile of the junction of Hwy. 101 and Hwy. 162.
Scanner traffic indicates that the fire has burned through the roof of the building, but that as of about 3:10 p.m. there was no wildland involvement or vegetation on fire.
