First Mendo cannabis farm permit issued; supes hear cannabis cultivation permit program update

On June 20, county staff reported on Mendo's cannabis cultivation program and members of the public voiced concerns about the new ordinance.

There is a proliferation of such greenhouses throughout the north county area.
