The Mendocino Voice, First Amendment Coalition, ACLU, SPJ, and Willits Environmental Center sent a letter to the Board of Supervisors today.
“Because of the steelhead spawning season, even if the property owner is to take action here, we’re likely to not see any sort of permanent access to the property for about six months.”
The restraining order claims the supervisor violated the First Amendment rights of the claims by blocking them on Facebook.
