As of 8:45pm, Caltrans has announced that Route 128 is now open. The waters have receded far enough for two way traffic. The flood was originally caused by unusually low king tides due to the supermoon.

Highway 101: There is 1-Way controlled traffic 2.1 miles north of the junction of SR 1 24/7 through 11/30/16 due to construction.
Road Conditions, November 18
Highway 128 at Highway 1 is still closed due to flooding.
There is a one-way traffic closure on Highway 253 from Cattle Pass to Butler Ranch due to electrical work, expected to be finished at 5:01pm November 18.
One of two lanes on Highway 101 at CalFire in Leggett is closed due to emergency work expected to be finished at 11:59pm November 30, 2016.
There is a land closure on one of two lanes on Highway 101 northbound, 1.5 mile north of Comminsky Station Road to north of Frog Woman Rock, due to miscellaneous work expected to be finished at 11:59pm December 31, 2016.
There is a one-way traffic closure on Highway 101 from Feliz Road to Rosetti Creek due to utility work.
