Wanna be in a movie with Amy Adams? Casting call for extras coming up!

You can get paid to be one of the Mendocino faces on screen.

MENDOCINO Co., 3/22/17 — HBO is coming to Redwood Valley, and bringing with them Amy Adams, the star of a new movie in production, as well as an acting opportunity for locals: if you’ve wanted a chance to appear in the background of a Hollywood production, now might be your moment!

An open casting call for background actors will be taking place on April 8, 2017 in Ukiah, and the positions are paid. The production is looking for men and women of all ages and ethnicities over 18, as well as kids over the age of six for non-union positions. Applicants are instructed to bring a current 3×5 photo, a pen, and “a great attitude.” Compensation for the positions will begin at $84 for eight hours, with overtime pay after that. Extras should be available for the entire day and night, but meals will be provided.
