MENDOCINO Co., 8/2/17 — The California Highway Patrol has confirmed that the accident that occurred yesterday on Hwy. 101, about five miles north of Cloverdale, resulted in one fatality and major injuries to three other people.

According to a press release issued this morning by the CHP the car, an SUV, contained three 18 year old passengers, two men and one woman, and a 24 year old female driver.
